Our Aunty Sue

Our wonderful Aunty Sue, we will miss her so much. She was always great fun and always there when you needed her.
We will never forget the fantastic family holidays in Shaldon. Or the pair of blue patent leather winkle pickers shoes she gave Wendy - they we're the coolest shoes any 15 year old could have ever wished for.
When we were younger every Saturday night we would nag Dad to take us to Aunty Sue's. He didn't need a lot of persuading, whether it was the Highwayman or the Coach House we always loved to visit our Aunty Sue. It's the Coach House where we have the fondest memories of Aunty Sue. Christmas days spent at the Coach House with as many family members as possible. The New year's eve parties at the Coach House were fantastic. She was always welcoming and made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. We both worked for Aunty Sue at the Coach House for several years. She had a habit of randomly adding up rounds of drinks to double check you could add up properly. Luckily we passed the test but must admit it made us a bit nervous. Aunty Sue never made a mistake, Wendy on the other hand did, she was the one to blame for the red wine in the cooler.
Thanks Aunty Sue for picking Jayne up from work on several occasions, after my Christmas party and laughing with me about broken wine glasses in my handbag.
You were one in a million and we are so grateful to have had you as our Aunt and good friend. Jayne and Wendy
